Installation methods
There are two types
Butt-to-butt with skirt:
- Provides a smoother and more refined surface
- Reduces waste
- Bolt pattern: 137.5 cm x 137.5 cm
- Requires less concrete, resulting in a more cost-effective solution
- The most environmentally friendly option
- Typically requires 8 cm shotcrete walls
Installation with overlap:
- The panels are laid with overlap
- Increases material consumption by approx. 20% compared to the gross surface area
- Bolt pattern: 120 cm x 120 cm
- Requires slightly more concrete to cover the thickness at the overlap
- Typically requires 8 cm shotcrete walls
